You may have some questions about the operation of our VIP pre-sales, deliveries, launches, how to order extras, change the card,... here you will find most of the answers to all these questions.
VIP Presale of News
Every quarter you will find, in the "VIP Access", all the news exclusively. We will show them to you a few days before the general public.
When the deadline opens, we will send an email to all subscribers. These emails always include a [exclusive subscriber] in the subject so you can be attentive.
The first 24 hours the product will be out of stock so you can see everything with peace of mind. Then you will have a few days to make your purchase. This way we can add it to the shipment of your subscription.
This does not have any additional shipping costs.
After the VIP pre-sale period, we will deactivate the new products and they will no longer be available for purchase until they are released to the public. In the meantime we will prepare and send the subscriptions.
If you have missed the VIP pre-sale and want to make a purchase, you can choose between paying for a new shipment or adding it to your next quarter.

To make a change of delivery address you must access MY customer ACCOUNT .
There you will find (just below the address data) a link to MY SUBSCRIPTIONS from where you can consult all your subscription data as well as change your delivery address data.
Make sure you make the change before the 18th-19th of the billing month.
This change only affects subscription orders. If you want to update the address for ALL your orders you must ALSO do it in the addresses in your account.
If for any reason your order is damaged, with a defective or wrong product, you must write to us with your full name and order number. By email to info@cocoloko.es or use the form below.
Also include the rest of the information that you think is necessary to resolve it as soon as possible. If there is any product missing, please specify it. If one thing has arrived for another, indicate what. If something is damaged, attach photos,...

If you are on the quarterly plan, the charges for each new kit will be made on the 20th day before the start of the quarter: March 20, June 20 and September 20.
If you are on the 4+1 plan you can relax on the sun lounger.
Additional kits and orders will ship at the end of the month for you to receive at the beginning of each quarter. We will try to give ourselves as much effort as possible.
Maybe a colleague receives them before you. It is normal, there are many kits and it is impossible for us to send them all at the same time. Be patient, little by little everyone will leave for their destinations.
We will send the Christmas kit at the beginning of November.
Life doesn't always go as planned and you may need to cancel your subscription early.
Write to us by email if this happens, so we can cancel your subscription and avoid future charges.
Remember that early cancellation has a cost of €12

Subscriptions are valid for one year. At the end of 2024, all subscriptions are canceled and must be expressly renewed.
If you don't want to continue, you don't have to do anything, no worries!
We will open the 2025 registration period at the beginning of December. Don't worry, you'll be the first to know.
