Europe: Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of destination and the total weight of your order. If your order exceeds 3kg, once it is prepared and weighed, we will send you the invoice corresponding to the shipping costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Approximate times:
We usually prepare orders in 24/48 hours. To this we must add the delivery times of the logistics operators:
mainland Spain: delivery from 3 to 5 days since your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with CTT and Express Mail.
Mainland Spain, express delivery: Shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. and you usually have it within 24/48 hours.
Balearic Islands: 3-5 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We send with CTT and Post Office and Telegraph.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days since your package leaves Cocoloko. We send with Post Office and Telegraph.
Europe : 5-7 days since your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.
Rest of the world : 5-10 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.
If you wish, we can deliver your order to a Post Office. Leave us an observation in your order with the office you want us to send it to and we will manage it that way.
Please keep in mind that delivery times for shipments may vary depending on factors beyond Cocoloko's control, such as customs, delays due to bad weather,... We are not responsible for possible delays in estimated shipping times.
Shipping times could take longer if it is special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is some factor that causes a delay in the postal service.
If your package takes more than 5 weeks to reach its destination, write us an email and we will proceed to claim your package, since many times after making a claim the delivery process speeds up a lot.
International orders may incur additional costs such as customs fees. These amounts must be paid by the recipient and, in no case, Cocoloko can be held responsible.
Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to return it.
The return costs are FREE and of course, the items have to arrive in perfect condition.

How do I make a return?
If you want to make a return you can easily process it from our
Easy and fast returns. Once you have processed the return and generated your label, You will have to take the items that you return to the Post Office that you have chosen.
You can also bring it personally to our offices.
As soon as we receive the products and verify that they have arrived in good condition, we will make an exchange or a gift ticket for a future purchase, depending on what you have chosen when processing your return.
Keep in mind that we will not refund the amount of the one-way shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: Any PERSONALIZED product that has been made to measure for a client (for example: textile stamps) is excluded.
If you are outside of Spain and want to process a return, contact us so we can find a solution that suits your needs.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have made a purchase but doubts assail you, you have 24 hours to cancel your purchase and receive 100% of the amount. Write to us so that we can manage it as soon as possible.
What if it is not what I ordered or it arrives in bad condition?
We take great care of all our shipments and we prepare them with all the details, but mistakes can be made by anyone.
If your order does not arrive in good condition or there is an error, write to us at info@cocoloko.es so that we can give you a solution as soon as possible.
