Europe: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. If your order weighs more than 3 kg, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs once it's prepared and weighed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Approximate times:

We usually process orders within 24-48 hours. Add to this the shipping times of logistics operators:

Peninsular Spain: delivery in 3 to 5 days from the moment your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with CTT and Correos Express.

Mainland Spain, express shipping: Same-day shipping if ordered before 1 p.m., and usually within 24-48 hours.

Balearic Islands: 3-5 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with CTT and Correos y Telégrafos.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days from the date your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with Correos y Telégrafos.

Europe : 5-7 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.

Rest of the world : 5-10 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.

If you wish, we can deliver your order to a post office. Leave us a note on your order with the post office you'd like us to send it to, and we'll arrange it.

Please note that delivery times for shipments may vary depending on factors beyond Cocoloko's control, such as customs, weather delays, etc. We are not responsible for any delays in estimated shipping times.

Shipping times may take longer during special periods (such as Christmas) or if there is a factor causing a delay in the postal service.

If your package takes more than 5 weeks to arrive at its destination, please email us and we will process your claim. The delivery process is often expedited after filing a claim.

International orders may incur additional charges such as customs duties. These amounts must be paid by the recipient, and Cocoloko cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.

Exchanges and returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to return it. 

Send an email to hola@cocoloko.es so we can process it and send you a return label.

As soon as we receive the products and verify that they arrived in good condition, we will issue you an exchange or a gift voucher for a future purchase, depending on what you selected when processing your return.

Please note that we will not refund outbound shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Any CUSTOMIZED product that has been custom-made for a client (e.g. textile stamps) is excluded.

Can I cancel my order?

If you've made a purchase but have questions, you have 24 hours to cancel it and receive 100% of the amount due. Write to us so we can process it as quickly as possible.

What if it's not what I ordered or it arrives in poor condition?

We take great care with all our shipments and prepare them with every detail, but anyone can make mistakes.

If your order doesn't arrive in good condition or there's an error, please write to us at hola@cocoloko.es so that we can give you a solution as soon as possible.
