SHOPPING GUIDE
All our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
Surcharges for duties, customs fees and similar will be borne by the recipient.
If you are from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, let us know before placing an order so that we can guide you so that you can process it without paying VAT.
Cocoloko reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
At Cocoloko you can pay through ShopPay (with your credit or debit card), through PayPal (from your account or with your card). Payment through Paypal has a small surcharge that you will see reflected before making the payment.
You can also pay us by Bank Transfer (you will receive the details after placing the order) or in cash if you come to pick up your order at our office.
SECURITY
With any of the payment methods your data is fully secured. Payments with
ShopPay and Paypal are carried out from secure environments and platforms with SSL certificates. We will never know your bank card or account details (in case of making a transfer)
CANCELLATIONS
If you have made a purchase but you have doubts, you have 24 hours to cancel your purchase and receive 100% of the amount. Write to us so we can manage it as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to return it.
Return costs are FREE and of course, the items must arrive in perfect condition.
You can process it from our RETURNS PORTAL
Easy and fast returns. Once you have processed the return and generated your label, you will have to take the items you are returning to the Post Office you have chosen.
You can also bring it personally to our offices.
As soon as we receive the products and verify that they have arrived in good condition, we will make an exchange or a gift ticket for a future purchase, depending on what you have chosen when processing your return.
Please note that we will not refund any one-way shipping costs.
