Once a year we prepare product packs with a lot of material: cards, decorations, stickers, wood, stamps, die cuts, enamels,... everything fits there.
Product that we have had for sale, production remains, products of which we have many units and some things that have not seen the light (because in the end we have opted for another design or material, or because they came with a small defect,... .)
Purchased separately it would cost you more than double. So it is a unique opportunity because, furthermore, we only do it once a year .
We prepare packs in both Spanish and Catalan but there are only a few units available.
So that you don't take what you don't need, we have prepared two different packs. One with stamps and dies and another with decorations and accessories.
This pack contains 6 stamps + 2 dies
The products included in the packs may differ from one to another but the total value of the content of each pack is always the same.
Every time we receive an order our hearts leap and we get to work.
We like to do things with love so allow us 24/48 hours (working days) to prepare your order with all the care in the world.

Europe: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. You will be able to see the total amount before completing the purchase.
International: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. You will be able to see the total amount before completing the purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES:
We usually prepare orders in 24/48 hours. To this we must add the shipping times of the logistics operators:
Peninsular Spain: delivery in 3 to 5 days since your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with CTT and Correos Express.
Mainland Spain, express shipping: It is sent on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. and you usually have it in 24/48 hours.
Balearic Islands: 3-5 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with CTT and Post and Telegraph.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-5 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We ship with Post and Telegraph.
Europe : 5-7 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.
Rest of the world : 5-10 days from when your package leaves Cocoloko. We usually ship with UPS and DHL Express.
If you wish, we can deliver your order to a Post Office. Leave us a comment on your order with the office you want us to send it to and we will manage it that way.

We are not responsible for possible delays in estimated shipping times.
Shipping times may take longer if it is a special period (such as Christmas) or if there is any factor causing a delay in the postal service.
International orders may incur additional costs such as customs fees. These amounts must be paid by the recipient and, in no case, Cocoloko can be held responsible.
At Cocoloko you can pay through ShopPay (with your credit or debit card). It is done from a secure platform fully encrypted with SSL.
You can also pay with Paypal (during the payment process you will be redirected to your Paypal account)
If you prefer, you can make us a bank transfer. Select this modality when completing your purchase and you will receive our bank details in your order confirmation. Keep in mind that the preparation and shipping times may be delayed until we receive the payment. You can expedite it by sending us the bank receipt by e-mail.
How do I make a return?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to return it.
Return costs are FREE and of course, the items must arrive in perfect condition.

Can I cancel my order?
If you have made a purchase but you have doubts, you have 24 hours to cancel your purchase and receive 100% of the amount. Write to us so that we can handle it as soon as possible.
What if it's not what. I ordered or does it arrive in bad condition?
We take great care of all our shipments and prepare them with every detail, but anyone can make a mistake.
If your order does not arrive in good condition or there is an error, write to us at info@cocoloko.es so we can give you a solution as soon as possible.
